often people can project an image so resolutely that we never even know we are only seeing what they want us to see ... on that idea about apologizing some day ... I've learned along the way that there are many ways to apologize, and one of my favorites is to pass on a kindness to someone in their name ... I've also learned that a sincere apologogy to those we have offended can go a very long way in healing underlying damage

thanks. it was like a glass of cold water in the face the other day when it dawned on me that this lady was likely not the dragon she was made out to be. i felt awful at the amount of times i had made snide remarks about her. this whole experience that my family and i are currently going through has really made me think about how i perceive people.
