Jane your writing is so crisp and celebrates both the triumphs and embarassments of being human! A joy to read! I need to meet more people - I don't know a single ketchup eater!

otter and helen, i know, it's nice to have a happy ending once in a while. really though, her ketchup comsumption is alarming, 1/2 a bottle for one western sandwich, i kid you not.

f.r.a, thank you. coming from you, after reading your posts, it's a brilliant compliment. i wish i could make a blushing smilie-i'm just too dependant on those little fellas.

It's interesting, all the approaches we have to these little portraits we're doing. Surreal or funny or heart-breaking or nostalgic or angry. It's fun but it's "solemn fun" in a way. Good stuff as always, Jane.

i love it over here ... the snapshots are interesting, the comments are engaging, and the writing is very clean

something about the way you capture these people brings them out into the open ... good going, jane
